Workers' Compensation-Vocational Rehabilitation

For over 25 years, we have provided vocational rehabilitation services for injured workers in Oregon and Washington when all return-to-work options with the employer-at-injury have been exhausted. We complete the Eligibility Evaluation to determine if your injured worker will qualify for vocational rehabilitation services. If eligible, we provide all services required to assure cost-effective and appropriate services to return the worker to gainful employment in a timely manner. We have extensive community resources, employer connections, and are knowledgeable of all public and private training facilities to maximize a worker's earnings while minimizing your claims costs for rehabilitating the injured worker.

Vocational Rehabilitation services assist an injured worker in returning to gainful employment by:

• Applying modifications or accommodations to the worksite to ensure optimal safety and comfort in performance of job duties
  
• Retraining a worker who can no longer perform the duties of his/her job due to injury. When retraining is required, a transferable skills analysis and assessment is done to determine an appropriate vocational direction that maximizes current skills, abilities and income potential
  
• Assisting the injured worker in all aspects of preparing for a job change
  
• Linking the worker with a new employer with our experienced job placement counselors
