Job Analysis

A Job Analysis is a written documentation of the job tasks and related physical demands. A Job Analysis is a powerful tool for communicating with a medical treatment provider, an employee applicant, and an insurance carrier. Videotaped Job Analyses can also be utilized to clarify unique workplace layouts or work tasks to eliminate misunderstandings about the physical demands required to perform the job. Job Analyses are important tools in workers' compensation, ADA accommodation, hiring practices, and disability programs.
