Earning Potential

An Earnings Potential analysis assesses current and projected wages. To be valuable and accurate, it must assume that the individual possesses the required skills, education and abilities to perform the evaluated career or job. Determining one's Earnings Potential involves polling businesses in a targeted field and geographical location and asking specific questions about current wages and benefits. These businesses are then asked for their opinion on expected earnings one, five and/or ten years later. The projected earnings are based upon each employer's current and historical business practices, negotiated employee wage agreements and workforce trends.
