Susan Martin, CDMS,
CRC, Senior Vocational Consultant, brings extensive
experience in all aspects of the return-to-work process from early
return-to-work with the employer-at-injury to determining vocational
eligibility and development of return-to-work plans. Susan has
a tremendous ability for making change in her clients' lives.
Because of this skill, she is able to help the more challenging
vocational cases. Susan brings high energy and enthusiasm to the
vocational field and is experienced with the hidden job markets
in the outlying geographical areas of Oregon and Washington.

GENERAL BACKGROUND:
Since 1983 have worked
in the vocational rehabilitation field. Initial focus was training
severely disabled individuals in work and independent living skills.
In 1986 entered the workers' compensation field as a vocational
rehabilitation counselor. Presently "A" level certified
in State of Oregon and a certified vocational counselor in the
State of Washington.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science,
Psychology, Portland State University,1984.

Bureau of Labor and Industries in Employment Law
and ongoing studies with OSHA
- Received specialized
