Sue Ferguson - Biography
Sue Ferguson, MS, CRC, CCM, President,
is the Senior Ergonomics Consultant and Master Trainer at Workforce
Dynamics, and although she can claim talents in many work-related
areas, pragmatic problem solving in ergonomics is truly her specialty.
Sue brings to ergonomic consulting an uncommon angle, one that
is holistic, broad, and better capable to deal with worksite problems.
Due in part to her workers' compensation, injury management and
psychology background, her vision for resolve includes a bigger
picture than may be obvious. And because of her empathetic nature,
she goes beyond expectations by assisting workers and employers

CURRENT POSITION:
President/Owner - Workforce Dynamics,
Inc.
PROFESSIONAL DUTIES:
Provide consultation and training to businesses
and individuals regarding ergonomic risks, disability management,
workforce communication, early intervention and workers' compensation
claims. Provide supervisory skill training and consult with business
clients on a variety of workforce issues. Direct supervisor of
vocational and medical case management teams. Offer vocational
expert testimony for cases involving divorce issues, workers'
compensation, or personal injury. Master Trainer specializing
in workforce productivity, communication, health, anger and stress
management. Senior Ergonomic Consultant evaluating worksites for
risk factors and consulting on injury prevention and implementation
of sound workplace improvements.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING:
Specialized training at nationally acclaimed
seminars/workshops on industrial and office ergonomics, injury
prevention, Americans with Disabilities Act, work place safety,
assessment, employability and workforce training. Specific course
work in motivation and work, aptitude and achievement assessments,
intelligence testing and vocational guidance. Attended workshops
on transferable work skills, labor market access and lost earning
capacity.
