• Provide all phases of vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers.
  
• Conduct initial assessments, administer vocational testing, prepare job analyses to determine physical demands of jobs, conduct labor market surveys.
  
• Evaluate and train individuals in preparation for obtaining employment and in-work retention skills
  
• Employment counseling, job search skills, job development, job skills improvement.
  
• Provide return-to-work follow-up, vocational training and progress monitoring.
